Commercial Law and Trade Regulation Attorney

Biography

I am an attorney with Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D’Agresta, P.A., and specialize in complex commercial litigation, antitrust and trade regulation, business law, civil RICO, and government law. In addition, I am an adjunct professor of law in the subject of Trade Regulation at Barry University College of Law.

I am the recipient of the highest rating (AV) given by Martindale-Hubbell for legal ability and ethics. I currently serve on the Winter Park Code Enforcement Board and have been appointed to the Florida Bar Consumer Protection Law Committee.

I am also a former Assistant Attorney General with the Economic Crimes Litigation Unit where I litigated complex state trade enforcement cases against large corporations. I'm admitted to practice in Florida state and federal courts, with admissions to the Florida Bar, and the U.S. District Courts for the Middle and Northern Districts of Florida.

I earned my law degree from Stetson University College of Law, an M.B.A. from the University of Florida, and my undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida.

I live in Winter Park, Florida with my Husband.
